Disintegration: Rayonne Destroyer

The Destroyer turned out as one of my favorite designs I did for the game. I don't usually do 2D concepts, I generally prefer to block out forms in 3D see them in engine and refine from there. That worked particularly well for the approach of the Rayonne units as most of the time you saw them from flying quite high above the battlefield. That forced me to push the silhouette designs on these units further than I probably would have normally and I was really happy with the results. Even though there aren't tons of tiny details in the model I'm really happy with the interplay of the forms and how well it reads in game. When these things are charging at you guns blazing they are MEAN. Also have to give a shout out to the ED209 of my youth for some inspiration here.
